About Us
M-Cohen Bakery Processing Machinery was founded in 1979.
We specialise in manufacturing baking ovens and equipment for bakeries, patisseries and pizzerias, working with customers in Israel and around the world and adapting our products to each customer's needs.
We design and assemble every machine ourselves at our workshop, without importing or fitting pre-made units. That is how we can change dimensions, materials and configuration to fit the space you have and the output you need.
After installation we train your team on operation and stay available for support and refurbishment. A large share of our work comes from long-standing customers who return as their business grows.
